About Martinlaakso

Martinlaakso is fairly well connected by public transit, with good links to Helsinki Airport and other parts of the capital region, though trips to the city centre are longer than from the inner city. It is a green, forested area with mostly apartment housing and a fairly even mix of owner-occupied and rental homes, attracting a broad resident base rather than a strongly student- or youth-dominated crowd. It has a suburban, self-contained feel with everyday services close at hand.
